Timetoast Timeline

Timetoast Timeline - a record of what we put into the task to achieve our end media product

Message to Moderator

This is my blog. It contains the different elements that we have included within the media production and what skills we have had to use in order to get it all done. Use the tabs across the top of the blog to see my research, planning, construction and evaluation. We took approximately three months to create our film and I hope you enjoy the film and my blog.

Regards,

Graham Wain

Logo Creation

The logo for our film was designed and created by Alex Morris. This video shows the progression of the logo from the initial idea to the finished product.

Rough Cut

Feedback We received feedback that was rather positive yet some aspects needed changing such as: the black and white filter needed to be completed, some of the voices were cut out and parts of speech were lost. Also, some cars were visible in the background which slightly ruins the appeal of a noir film. The introduction was a little drab and no music was audible which makes the scenes seem a little lifeless. The camera shots used were clean and varied which conforms to the mark scheme. Also, the use of different angles to portray meaning of the scene were understood by the viewing audience

Reece shots and test footage

This video shows recce shots and test footage for our film. We had to record our film twice due to bad weather. So we used the footage from the first attempt at recording as test footage and also used it to expand on any of the shots and how to improve them.
